    I've seen better, but worse too

    The fine views from my suite were amazing! The location is unbeatable. The attentive staff enhanced my stay.

    Unfortunately, the cancellation policy was inflexible and unaccommodating under challenging circumstances. Some noise from roadworks disrupted my peace during the night.

    The fine view from the beautiful double room overlooking the river was lovely.

    The air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy, making it hard for light sleepers to rest.

    The view from the terrace was really excellent and the room was worthy of 5-star. The location was unbeatable.

    I got the special offer which was reasonable and made me happy. But, I cannot afford the normal price.

    Nice location for our visit to Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Kindness from the whole staff. Very nicely furnished and fully-equipped rooms with comfortable beds and wake-up service...

    The view from my beautiful double room overlooking the old town was amazing, and the staff were helpful in organizing a last-minute private tour of bern. This experience surpassed my previous stays in the area.

    The location is brilliant! It's just 10 min walk from the train station. All the attractions and restaurants of Bern are within walking distance. The staff is quite attentive. The rooms are spatious, and the view from the room is good. It was quet and clean there.

    There were technical problems with the TV receiver, which were not solved within 3 days of our stay there.

    This hotel merits its 5 star rating with top-notch staff, beautiful accommodations with lovely lake views and excellent location within easy walking distance of most major attractions.

    The cost of the breakfast buffet is very expensive. Finding a place for a reasonably priced breakfast in the area was difficult.
